Once
Again about the Origin of the Universe
It is clear that the most popular of the
cosmological theories, the Big Bang theory is not very helpful in explaining
the origin of the Universe. It is not understood where a huge energy of the Big
Bang came from. Pope himself praised this theory having said that it is in
agreement with the religion dogma: First there was nothing, and then God
arranged this 'Bang'. However for science God, as an unknowable object, is
'persona non grata'. If one would assume the existence of God, the question
immediately will arise: What is God himself? Where has God come from? In
contrast, right after the explosion, starting from the first milliseconds it is
more or less understood how the Universe developed. There is nothing
supernatural in it, namely, entropy increases but because of an enormous amount
of energy released in the explosion, the system deviates from equilibrium and
develops non-linearly, giving the rise to self-organized sub-systems, from
atoms and galaxies to living organisms including those with intelligence.
The beginning itself can only
be explained as follows: Infinitely, there exist the Universe and the Antiuniverse. It is not a 'static' state. They are
periodically appear and disappear in the moments corresponding
to the Big Bang and/or Big Crunch. The alike process
is well known in quantum mechanics: In a so-called empty space couples of
virtual particles and antiparticles constantly appear and disappear again. A
definite amount of energy is released in the moment of annihilation. Since
energy cannot appear out of nothing, one of the partners will have positive
energy while the other will have negative energy.
The same apparently is the case with the system
'Universe-Antiuniverse'. The attraction forces
between these two worlds cause gravitation which
brings together all objects, bends time and space unavoidably leading to the
Big Crunch, the end of a current cycle. And annihilation again results in a
release of a huge amount of energy, and development of the Universe begins a
new cycle, and so on 'ad infinito'. Thus out of the
three models which Friedmann considered to be equally
probable, the first model, the closed Universe, is correct. The Big Crunch,
however, is not an end of all, but just a new start. Let us go back to quantum
mechanics.
There exist a specific relationship between
matter/antimatter, the symmetry of space coordinates and the two directions of
time. If one substitutes particles with antiparticles,
the space coordinates with their mirror images and the direction of time
changes to the opposite one, from the future to the past, the lows of physics
will not change. The same relationship apparently is true for the couple
'Universe - Antiuniverse'. The Antiuniverse
consisting of antimatter and possessing a negative energy is a mirror image of
our Universe and moves back in time. The total sum of matter and energy in a
couple 'Universe - Antiuniverse', likewise in a
couple 'particle - antiparticle' does not change, in agreement with the first
low of thermodynamics (it is equal zero).
As regards the second low of thermodynamics, it is
naturally valid for the Universe where irreversible processes with increased
entropy occur, which is usual for the positive direction of time. In contrast,
in the Antiuniverse, where time 'changes sign' and
moves from the future towards the past, entropy being the function of time,
gradually decreases. As a result the ideal symmetry and stability of all
parameters for the couple 'Universe - Antiuniverse is
maintained at any moment of time. Thus, time stops in the moment of the Big
Bang/Big Crunch and changes its direction in the Antiuniverse.
In other words, time as well as the space coordinates,
has two directions, on both sides from zero. Space in the Antiuniverse
has also a negative sign. It does not bend as the surface of a ball (convex).
It bends as the surface of a saddle (concave), a mirror image of the Universe
configuration. Exactly the same cancave bending of
space is according to a number of authors necessary for travelling back in
time. However, it is well known that only objects moving at a higher speed than
the spread of light, could 'reach the past', i.e. could 'overtake themselves'.
'There was a young lady of Wight who travelled much faster than light and
arrived on the previous night'.
For material objects it is impossible to move with a
higher speed than the speed light, thus it is a 'privilege' of virtual objects
in the Antiuniverse. We only can see those celestial
bodies which either give out or reflect light. An object moving faster then
light cannot be reached by light, cannot reflect light and therefor
cannot be seen by an observer. But this does not mean that such an object does
not exist. In the first moment after the Big Bang the continuous formation and
destruction of couples of particles and antiparticles took place. Later, when
temperature lowered structuring of the Universe began, and the material
particles were combined in more and more complex entities. In exactly the same
way, the formation of antimatter, the Antiuniverse,
from antiparticles took place. Such a process prevented an instantaneous
annihilation of particles and antiparticles delaying it for billions of years,
until the next Big Bang/Big Crunch.
Recognition of the existence of the Antiuniverse allows explanation of many things which cannot
be explained otherwise. But this is for another article. It can only be added
her that the particle/wave duality which is seen in a so-called double-slit
experiment, occurs because a particle moving at a speed close to the speed of
light, 'catches up with itself', i.e. doubles itself finding itself in two
places at the same time. And one more remark: As the Antiuniverse
possesses a negative energy, the decreasing entropy has also a negative sign,
and it is called 'negentropy' or 'information'
according to C. Shennon. Do these fields of
information constitute a 'Cosmos intelligence'? Does
it mean immortality of a sole? Who Knows? I only can repeat Spinosa's
words: 'God is Nature'. There is no reason to search for something outside it.
